Shipping Costs

Shipping is charged for all orders placed via the www.skatinger.eu.com online store. The delivery cost is automatically calculated by the system based on a predefined courier pricing list. The cost is determined according to the delivery country and delivery address.

Products paid in accordance with the issued proforma invoice or order confirmation will be delivered to the Customer within 3–10 business days, depending on the destination country and courier service availability.

Delivery Process

Delivery is carried out by the Seller through trusted and reputable courier services (e.g., GLS, DPD, DHL).

All products are packaged securely to prevent damage during standard handling and transport.

Upon receiving the shipment, the Customer is obliged to inspect the package for visible damage and immediately report any issues to the courier, or refuse delivery if the package shows clear signs of damage. The Customer is required to sign the delivery note, which serves as proof of receipt for the courier service.

If the Seller is unable to deliver the purchased product within the specified period, the Customer will be notified in order to agree on a new delivery time. In such a case, the Customer also has the right to terminate the Contract.

All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transport.

Shipping prices are listed on www.skatinger.eu.com and include applicable VAT.

Order Status

During the order processing and shipping process, the Customer will receive email notifications regarding the current status of their order. This includes confirmation of order receipt, payment confirmation (if applicable), and shipping updates with tracking details provided by the courier.
