Payment Options.

Customers may pay securely online using an available credit or debit card. Supported cards may include:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• Maestro, where supported
• American Express
• JCB

Information required to process the payment is transmitted directly to the relevant payment service provider. KB Sport Sistem d.o.o. and Connect Marketplace do not store complete payment card numbers or card security codes.

Additional authentication may include 3-D Secure, confirmation through a banking application, a one-time password, fingerprint recognition, facial recognition or another method required by the card issuer.

Depending on the payment provider, the order amount may initially be authorised or temporarily reserved. If the order is not accepted, the authorisation will be released or the amount collected will be refunded without undue delay.

When advance payment by bank transfer is selected, the Customer will receive an order acknowledgement, payment request or pro forma invoice containing the information required to complete the payment.

• Name of the payment recipient
• IBAN and, where required, BIC
• Total amount payable
• Order number or payment reference
• Applicable payment deadline

The specified order number or payment reference must be included so that the payment can be correctly allocated to the order.

Orders paid by bank transfer will generally be processed and dispatched only after the full amount has been received and allocated. Transfers may take several business days depending on the banks and countries involved.

When PayPal is selected, the Customer will be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment environment or an appropriate PayPal payment window will be displayed during checkout.

An active PayPal account may be required unless PayPal offers an alternative payment option without registration.

PayPal may make a payment option dependent on its own identity, security, fraud-prevention or creditworthiness checks.

Klarna payment methods may be offered depending on the delivery country, order value, Customer information and approval by Klarna.

Klarna may perform identity, security, fraud-prevention or creditworthiness assessments. If Klarna does not approve a particular option, the Customer may select another method available during checkout.

Where a Klarna payment method is selected, payments must be made exclusively in accordance with the payment instructions provided by Klarna.

Google Pay and Apple Pay may be offered where supported by the Customer’s device, browser, card issuer and the payment service provider used by the online store.

Payment may require confirmation using a password, device code, fingerprint, facial recognition or another security function configured on the device.

Payment is processed through the relevant wallet provider, card issuer and payment provider used by the online store.

Revolut Pay may be offered where supported for the Customer, device, delivery country and order.

The Customer may be redirected to Revolut or asked to confirm the payment through the Revolut application or another secure Revolut payment interface.

Revolut may apply its own security, authentication and fraud-prevention procedures before approving the transaction.

Approved Business Customers may be offered payment by invoice following an individual commercial, security or creditworthiness assessment.

Business Customers do not have an automatic right to payment by invoice. Where approved, the amount must be paid without deduction within the payment period stated on the invoice or individual quotation.

In the event of late payment, statutory default interest, late-payment compensation and reasonable recovery costs may apply where permitted by law.
